2. Definitions

In this Order —“Authority” means the Health Sciences Authority established under section 3 of the Health Sciences Authority Act 2001;“cell, tissue or gene therapy product” means a health product categorised as a cell, tissue or gene therapy product in the First Schedule to the Health Products Act 2007;“medical device” means a health product categorised as a medical device in the First Schedule to the Health Products Act 2007.

“medical device” means a health product categorised as a medical device in the First Schedule to the Health Products Act 2007.
