Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Price Control (Rice) Order — Fees) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 15th September 2009.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Price Control (Rice) Order — Fees) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 15th September 2009.
Licence fee
The fee payable to the Price Controller for the issue of a licence to import or carry on any wholesale dealing in any rice which is declared to be a controlled article under the Price Control (Rice) Order (Cap. 244, O 5) shall be $50.
Revocation
The Price Control (Rice) (Fees) Order (Cap. 244, O 2) is revoked.
