This Order is the Interpretation (Remission of Fees under Hotels Licensing Regulations) Order 2021.
Remission of fees
The following fees payable between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2021 (both dates inclusive) are wholly remitted:
the fees specified in regulation 19 of the Hotels Licensing Regulations (Cap. 127, Rg 1) in respect of registration;
the fee specified in regulation 20 of the Hotels Licensing Regulations for a licence.
