of Interpretation (Singapore Food Agency — Fees for Certificates for Export) Order 2024

Regulation 3

Application

This Order applies to any certificate issued by the Agency relating to any food or animal feed intended for export to a foreign country, attesting to matters in respect of which the foreign country requires certification before the food or animal feed may be imported into that foreign country from Singapore, except the following:

(a)

any such certificate issued under the Wholesome Meat and Fish Act 1999, including any export health certificate issued under rule 8 of the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Import, Export and Transhipment) Rules (R 2);

(b)

any such certificate issued under the Animals and Birds Act 1965, including —

(i)

any certificate of freedom from disease issued under section 18 of that Act; and

(ii)

any health certificate issued under rule 8 of the Animals and Birds (Live Fish) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 27/2011).
