18. Approved centres
Feedback & supportThe Minister may, from time to time, by notification in the Gazette, declare any place or premises to be an approved centre for the purpose of the treatment and rehabilitation of persons who use or inhale intoxicating substances for the purpose of inducing or causing a state of intoxication and may at any time in like manner revoke or amend any such notification.

“approved centre” means any place or premises declared by the Minister to be an approved centre under section 18;
