Power of Board to borrow and invest

Section 9
(1)
The Board may borrow at interest on the security of any movable or immovable property of the Board any moneys that it may think necessary or expedient.
(2)
The Board may invest its funds in accordance with the standard investment power of statutory bodies as defined in section 33A of the Interpretation Act 1965.
(3)
The Board may do anything incidental or appertaining to a body corporate.
