Repairing, painting, etc., of vehicles
Subregulation 1
A person must not repair, paint, spray, test or service, or cause or permit to be repaired, painted, sprayed, tested or serviced, a vehicle on any common property.
Subregulation 2
Paragraph (1) does not apply to repairs that are reasonably necessary for the removal of a vehicle that breaks down on common property from the common property.
