Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Jurong Town Corporation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 2 January 2018.
Compoundable offences
An offence under rule 16 of the Jurong Town Corporation (Common Property) Rules 2018 (G.N. No. S 2/2018) may be compounded by the chief executive officer of the Corporation or any other officer of the Corporation who is authorised by the chief executive officer, in accordance with section 67 of the Act.
