Community centre and community club
No land betterment charge is payable for chargeable consent that —
(a)
is given in relation to any land which is the subject of a plot ratio‑silent State lease (of whatever tenure) granted to the public authority called the People’s Association for the purpose of a community centre or community club; and
(b)
entitles a person to carry out —
(i)
a development for the purpose of a community centre or community club; or
(ii)
a change in use of any part or parts of a building on the land for the purpose of a community centre or community club.
