Regulation 8

HDB living quarters

No land betterment charge is payable for chargeable consent that —

(a)

is for a specified period of not more than 10 years; and

(b)

is given in relation to any HDB living quarters as a result of which a person is entitled to carry out a material change in the use of the HDB living quarters.
