Land Betterment Charge(Table of Rates and Valuation Method)(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026

These Regulations are the Land Betterment Charge (Table of Rates and Valuation Method) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 September 2026.

In the Land Betterment Charge (Table of Rates and Valuation Method) Regulations 2022 (G.N. No. S 569/2022), in regulation 18(b), replace “https://www.sla.gov.sg/state-land-n-property/land-sales-and-lease-management/lease-management” with “https://www.sla.gov.sg/properties/land‑betterment‑charge/”.
