14. Removal from register
Feedback & supportThere shall be removed from the register the name and other particulars of any registered surveyor —
registered
Defined · s 2
“registered” means registered under this Act and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;
(a)
who has died;
(b)
who has failed to renew his certificate of registration within one month of the date of expiry thereof; or
(c)
whose registration has been cancelled under section 12.
