Section 22
A licensed corporation or a licensed limited liability partnership has the same rights and is subject to the same obligations in respect of fiduciary, confidential and ethical relationships with each client of the corporation or limited liability partnership (as the case may be) that exist at law between a registered surveyor and his or her client.
