91. Grants of rights of way

In an instrument purporting to create a right of way over registered land, the expressions “right of carriage way” and “right of footway” have the same effect as if there had been inserted in lieu thereof the words respectively contained in Part I and Part II of the Schedule.

“registered land” means land which has been brought under the provisions of this Act by being included in a folio of the land-register;

The expressions referred to in subsection (1) shall not have the meaning attributed to them by this section if any alteration is made in the expressions otherwise than by means of a proviso thereto.[87
