Section 70

Where the Authority, with the approval of the Minister, has under section 172 made rules to prescribe standard covenants and conditions which are to apply to mortgages, the prescribed covenants and conditions are from the date of operation of the relevant rule deemed incorporated in mortgages made on or after that date unless varied or negatived by express provision in the mortgage.
