Clause 20
In the Active Mobility Act, in section 29 —
(a)
in the definition of “non‑compliant PMD advertisement”, replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and
(b)
after the definition of “non‑compliant PMD advertisement”, insert —“ “unregistered registrable mobility vehicle advertisement” means an advertisement that gives publicity to, or otherwise promotes or is intended to promote the purchase or use of an unregistered registrable mobility vehicle or a range of unregistered registrable mobility vehicles.”.
