Amendment of section 15

In the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) Act, in section 15(2)(a) and (3)(a), replace “or non‑compliant power‑assisted bicycle” wherever it appears with “, non‑compliant power‑assisted bicycle, non‑compliant mobility vehicle or unsafe device”.
