cl 44Amendment of section 60

In the EVCA, in section 60 —

(a)

after the definition of “developer”, insert —“ “developer’s proposals and plans” has the meaning given by section 64(2A);”;

(b)

after the definition of “electrical work”, insert —“ “electrical worker” means an individual who is licensed under section 82 of the Electricity Act 2001 to carry out electrical work;”;

(c)

in the definition of “public authority”, replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and

(d)

after the definition of “public authority”, insert —“ “qualified person” means a person who —

(a)

possesses the prescribed qualifications; and

(b)

satisfies the prescribed conditions (if prescribed).”.
