In the AMA, in section 3 —

(a)

in paragraph (c), delete “and” at the end;

(b)

in paragraph (d), replace the full‑stop at the end with “; and”; and

(c)

after paragraph (d), insert —“(e)to regulate the vehicles and personal mobility devices that can be used on public paths, and their registration and sale.”.
