cl 31Amendment of section 12

In the EVCA, in section 12 —

(a)

in subsections (1) and (2), replace “to alter or modify an EV charger” with “to make one or more alterations or modifications to an EV charger or 2 or more EV chargers of the same model”;

(b)

in subsection (2)(a), replace “or modification will, in the LTA’s opinion, cause the EV charger” with “or alterations or modification or modifications will, in the LTA’s opinion, cause the EV charger or each of those EV chargers”; and

(c)

after subsection (4), insert —“(5) For the purpose of this section, 2 or more different EV chargers may be treated as being of the same model if the prescribed conditions are satisfied.”.
