(a)

replace “a non‑compliant mobility vehicle” with “non‑compliant mobility vehicle or an unsafe device”;

(b)

in paragraph (b), after “non‑compliant mobility vehicle”, insert “or an unsafe device”; and

(c)

in paragraph (c), after “non‑compliant”, insert “or is an unsafe device”.
