In the AMA, after section 29, insert —“Application of this Division29A.—

(1)

This Division extends to any conduct outside Singapore, or partly inside or partly outside Singapore that results in the sale of any personal mobility device, PAB, bicycle, mobility vehicle or mobility device battery in Singapore.

(2)

This Division does not apply to an advertisement or representation relating to —

(a)

any personal mobility device, PAB, bicycle, mobility vehicle or mobility device battery; or

(b)

any component intended for assembly with a personal mobility device, PAB, bicycle or mobility vehicle,unless the advertisement or representation is published in Singapore.”.
