cl 28Amendment of section 8

In the EVCA, in section 8 —

(a)

replace the section heading with —“Approval labels — General”;

(b)

in subsection (1)(a), delete “and” at the end; and

(c)

in subsection (1), after paragraph (a), insert —“(aa)ensure that any person may access the approval code for the homologated model in the prescribed manner; and”.
