This Order is the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995 (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 23 September 2026.

reg 2Amendment of Fifth Schedule

In the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995, in the Fifth Schedule, in Part 2, in item 3, after “Bus Services Industry Act 2015”, insert “, and all provisions of Parts 4A, 5, 5A and 7A of that Act and any regulations made under that Act for the purposes of Part 4A, 5, 5A or 7A of that Act”.
