Legal aid not to discontinue without leave
(1)
An aided person must not without the leave of the Director discharge any solicitor assigned to act for the aided person under this Act.
(2)
Any solicitor assigned to act for an aided person must not discontinue the solicitor’s aid without the leave of the Director; except that any solicitor may be represented by any other solicitor.
