2. Definitions
Feedback & supportIn this Notification, unless the context otherwise requires —“foreign senior counsel” means a person who holds —
(a)
Her Majesty’s Patent as Queen’s Counsel; or
(b)
any appointment of equivalent distinction of any jurisdiction;“Senior Counsel” means an advocate and solicitor appointed as Senior Counsel under section 30 of the Act.
