Clause 26

Section 98 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsection:“(4A) An application to make absolute an order to show cause must be made by motion in the same proceedings and, unless the judge otherwise directs, there must be at least 8 clear days between the service of the notice of the motion and the day named therein for the hearing.”.
