Clause 29

by deleting the words “in his professional capacity” in the following provisions:Sections 85(2), (3), (4) and (5), 86(1) and 92;

by deleting the words “in a professional capacity” in section 86(6)(a); and

by inserting, immediately after the words “court of 3 judges” in the following provisions, the words “of the Supreme Court”:Sections 49(4), 83(5), 98(6) and 102(2).
