Regulation 9

For the purposes of section 18(9)(a) of the Act, the prescribed particulars under section 24(1) of the Act to be entered in the register of provisional practitioners are the particulars of each holder of a provisional practising certificate listed in rule 4(b)(i) to (iv) that are stated in a declaration made under rule 4(b).
