Application for registration of solicitor under section 36F of Act
Subregulation 1
The Director of Legal Services must notify the applicant in writing of the decision of the Director of Legal Services under section 36F of the Act.
Subregulation 2
If an application under section 36F(1) of the Act is approved, the Director of Legal Services must issue the applicant a certificate of registration for such period as the Director of Legal Services may specify.
Subregulation 3
The prescribed date for the purposes of section 36F(1) of the Act is 18 December 2015.
Subregulation 4
The prescribed date for the purposes of section 36F(4) and (6) of the Act is 18 November 2015.
