Regulation 24

Amendment and issuance of certificates, etc.

The Director of Legal Services may, on application by any Joint Law Venture, Formal Law Alliance, foreign law practice, Singapore law practice, foreign lawyer or solicitor and on payment of the appropriate fee specified in the Second Schedule —

(a)

amend or issue a foreign practitioner certificate or a certificate of registration issued under these Rules; or (b)[Deleted by S 777/2024 wef 11/10/2024](c)issue the appropriate letter or certificate of good standing.
