Legal Service (Personnel Boards) Regulations 2022

These Regulations are the Legal Service (Personnel Boards) Regulations 2022 and are deemed to have come into operation on 26 January 2022.

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“Chairperson”, in relation to a personnel board, means the Chairperson of the personnel board;“Commission” means the Legal Service Commission;“member”, in relation to a personnel board, includes the Chairperson of the personnel board;“personnel board” means a personnel board established by these Regulations;“presiding member”, in relation to a meeting of a personnel board, means the Chairperson or the member elected under regulation 10(2) to preside at that meeting;“Secretary” means the Secretary to the Commission appointed under Article 111P of the Constitution;“threshold grade” means Grade 2 (being the grade designated by the Legal Service (Threshold Grade) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 24/2022)).
