Decision on appeal
Subregulation 1
Subject to regulation 20(3), an appeal must be decided solely on its merits.
Subregulation 2
After considering an appeal, the Commission may —
(a)
confirm or vary the decision appealed against; or
(b)
substitute a fresh decision for the decision appealed against.
Subregulation 3
An appellant must be informed of the Commission’s decision on the appeal.
Subregulation 4
The decision of the Commission on an appeal under these Regulations is final.
