Senior Personnel Board
Subregulation 1
There is to be a personnel board called the Senior Personnel Board, comprising the persons mentioned in Part 3 of the Schedule (being persons appointed by the President under Article 111Q(5) of the Constitution).
Subregulation 2
The Commission delegates to the Senior Personnel Board the jurisdiction and power to promote any Legal Service Officer to Grade 5A, 5B or 6A.
