These Regulations are the Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.
In the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 15(a), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
In the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations, in regulation 15A(a)(i), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
