These Regulations are the Limited Liability Partnerships (Striking Off) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and, except for regulation 3(2), are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Regulation 3(2) comes into operation on 20 October 2026.

Subregulation 1

These Regulations are the Limited Liability Partnerships (Striking Off) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and, except for regulation 3(2), are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Subregulation 2

Regulation 3(2) comes into operation on 20 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 2

In the Limited Liability Partnerships (Striking Off) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 843/2015) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations), in regulation 2(1), replace “section 38A(1)” with “section 64(1)”.

(1)

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 3 —

(a)

in the regulation heading, replace “section 38A(4)(b)” with “section 64(4)(b)”;

(b)

in paragraph (1), replace “section 38A(4)(b)” with “section 64(4)(b)”; and

(c)

in paragraph (2), replace “section 38A(4)” with “section 64(4)”.

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 3 (as amended by paragraph (1)) —

(a)

in the regulation heading, replace “section 64(4)(b)” with “section 64(3)(b)”;

(b)

in paragraph (1), replace “section 64(4)(b)” with “section 64(3)(b)”; and

(d)

replace “section 41” with “section 76”.

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 5, replace “section 38C(3)(b)” with “section 66(3)(b)”.

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 6 —

(a)

in paragraph (1), replace “section 38D(1)” with “section 67(1)”; and

(b)

in paragraphs (1) and (2), replace “section 38” wherever it appears with “section 63”.
