(a)

in the regulation heading, replace “section 38C(2)” with “section 66(2)”;

(b)

replace “section 38C(2)” with “section 66(2)”; (c)replace “section 38C(1)” with “section 66(1)”; and

(d)

replace “section 41” with “section 76”.
