These Regulations are the Limited Partnerships (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.
In the Limited Partnerships Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 17(a), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
In the Limited Partnerships Regulations, in regulation 18(a)(i), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
