16. Enhanced penalty for certain offences committed in Liquor Control Zone
Feedback & supportAny person found guilty of an offence under section 4, 12 or 14 committed within a Liquor Control Zone shall be liable to not more than one and a half times the respective penalties specified in those provisions.
