Regulation 5
Term of licence
Subregulation 1
A liquor licence, other than a temporary licence, is valid for the period that is stated in the liquor licence which, in the case of a liquor licence granted on or after 1 April 2015, must not exceed one year.
Subregulation 2
A temporary licence is valid for the period that is stated in the temporary licence which must not exceed 30 days.
