Definitions
In these Regulations —“authorised place of entry or departure” means any premises specified in the First, Second or Third Schedule to the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 627/2012);“specified licence” means a licence granted under section 74 of the Customs Act (Cap. 70) whose period of validity expires on or after 1 April 2015.
