Clause 36

Review and revocation of restraining orders

(1)

The Minister must review a restraining order so long as it remains in force.

(2)

The first review must be made within 12 months after the date the restraining order was made.

(3)

Subsequent reviews must be made at intervals of not more than 12 months.

(4)

The Minister may at any time revoke a restraining order, including an order that has been confirmed (with or without variations) or extended.
