reg 19Section 19(2)(d) — signing and declaration requirements

(1)

A foreign affiliations report made by a designated entity (X) must include a signed declaration by every responsible officer of X. (2) A declaration by a responsible officer of X under paragraph (1) must state that, to the best of his or her knowledge and belief, for the reporting period covered by the foreign affiliations report, X did not have any foreign affiliation that was not reported.

Subregulation 1

A foreign affiliations report made by a designated entity (X) must include a signed declaration by every responsible officer of X.

Subregulation 2

A declaration by a responsible officer of X under paragraph (1) must state that, to the best of his or her knowledge and belief, for the reporting period covered by the foreign affiliations report, X did not have any foreign affiliation that was not reported.
