reg 18Section 19(2)(c) — required matters

A foreign affiliations report for a reporting period must report the following matters for each foreign affiliation during that period:

(a)

a description of the arrangement or agreement between the designated entity and the foreign principal, including —

(i)

how the arrangement or agreement started;

(ii)

when the arrangement or agreement started; and

(iii)

if the arrangement or agreement ended during the reporting period — when the arrangement or agreement ended;

(b)

the foreign principal’s identity particulars.
