reg 10Section 18(2)(a) — reporting period

The reporting period for a designated entity is —

(a)

for the year in which the entity is designated — the period from the date the entity is designated to 31 December of that year (both dates inclusive); and

(b)

for every subsequent year — 1 January to 31 December of that year (both dates inclusive).
