reg 20Section 19(2)(e) — time for submission

(1)

A foreign affiliations report for a reporting period ending in a given year must be submitted to the competent authority on or before 1 April of the next year.

(2)

However, a foreign affiliations report for a reporting period that ends on 31 December 2026 must be submitted to the competent authority on or before 1 April 2028.

Subregulation 1

A foreign affiliations report for a reporting period ending in a given year must be submitted to the competent authority on or before 1 April of the next year.

Subregulation 2

However, a foreign affiliations report for a reporting period that ends on 31 December 2026 must be submitted to the competent authority on or before 1 April 2028.
