reg 13Section 18(2)(d) — signing and declaration requirements

(1)

A donations report made by a designated entity (X) must include a signed declaration by every responsible officer of X.

(2)

A declaration by a responsible officer of X under paragraph (1) must state that, to the best of his or her knowledge and belief, for the reporting period covered by the donations report, X did not accept any reportable donation that was not reported.

Subregulation 1
