reg 32Section 27(3)(b) — miscellaneous

(1)

The competent authority may direct X to obtain an independent valuation of any property or service to determine the sum to be paid under regulation 30(5) or 31(4).

(2)

The cost of an independent valuation may be deducted from the sum to be paid to the competent authority under regulation 30(5) or 31(4).

(3)

All payments received by the competent authority under regulation 30(5) or 31(4) must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.

Subregulation 1
