reg 24Notification of non-compliance with sections 23 and 24

(1)

A designated entity (X) must submit to the competent authority a written notice in the appropriate form if —

(a)

the composition of the governing body of X ceases to comply with section 23(1) or (2); or

(b)

a responsible officer of X ceases to comply with section 24(1).

(2)

The notice must be submitted to the competent authority within 30 days after the date on which the relevant event in paragraph (1)(a) or (b) occurs.

Subregulation 1

A designated entity (X) must submit to the competent authority a written notice in the appropriate form if —

(a)

the composition of the governing body of X ceases to comply with section 23(1) or (2); or

(b)

a responsible officer of X ceases to comply with section 24(1).

Subregulation 2

The notice must be submitted to the competent authority within 30 days after the date on which the relevant event in paragraph (1)(a) or (b) occurs.
