Consolidation of representation proceedings
Subregulation 1
Where 2 or more representation proceedings are pending in relation to the same restraining order of the Minister, the Council may, on the request of a party or on its own initiative, direct that the representation proceedings be consolidated and dealt with by the Council together.
Subregulation 2
All the parties to the relevant representation proceedings under this Part are entitled to make their submissions on a proposed consolidation before a direction under paragraph (1) is made.
